ACCOMMODATION RATE

The Shangri-La Hotel is the venue for the conference and accommodation room rate is AUD275.00 per room per night inclusive of GST. These room rates are for both single and double/twin occupancy, and are applicable three (3) days pre & three (3) days post the conference dates.

Off-site accommodation may be organised on request.

PAPERS & POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Call for research papers, clinical papers and poster presentations.

Abstracts will be received only by e-mail. Submission deadline is 1 June 2004.

Notification of acceptance or refusal of the paper will be sent no later than 16 August 2004 by e-mail to the presenting author.

The abstract is to be no longer than one page A4 printed in Microsoft Word .rtf format (rich text format), Times New Roman size 10 font, and left justified alignment with 3 cm margins. The title of the paper must be in bold capital letters followed by the name of the presenting author.

The paper will be included in the program upon receipt of the presenting author’s paid registration for the conference.
