Program:

Auriculotherapy and Auriculomedicine

4 hours of face to face teaching and practical.

1.30-2.30pm Introduction, anatomy, physiology, 3 phases, VAS recognition,

vertebral column phases location, liver point location.

pm Practical demonstration and workshop for participants to achieve

above . Use of ear charts – mark VAS changes found and discussion.

pm Tea

4.00 – 5.00pm Phases for limbs, thyroid , mood disorders, respiratory changes,

BMD, obesity. Acupuncture Resistant Cases: what to do.

pm Practical demo and workshop for the second session as above.

VIC Branch

The Vic/ Tas branch of AMAC will be holding a weekend conference at Salamanca Inn, Hobart 15 & 16th May, 9am Sat - 1pm Sunday. russianbrides, looking.

It will include the option to attend a repeat of the 5 point per hour CPD activity on shoulder pain, giving doctors all their required group 1 acupuncture points for the triennium ending 2004. Otherwise it will be a series of presentations by local acupuncturists with Tim Begbie and his quartet singing on Sat night.

Early bird cost will be $150 for members, $250 for non members, an additional $100 for the group 1 activity for members & $200 for non members. Lunches and Sat night dinner included . Delegates to make own arrangements for accom at the Salamanca Inn.
